Since 2012, Les Sources de Soultzmatt has been revisiting the regional tradition with their Uncle Hansi lemonades. Made in the heart of Alsace, they extend a local history while injecting a touch of modernity into artisanal recipes — pink, blood orange, green apple and the classic natural one — made from pure water and authentic flavors.
Aromatic bubbles at the service of conviviality
Each lemonade is designed to offer a fresh and pleasant experience: as tart as you wish, slightly sweet and without artificial flavors, they are ideal to drink alone, as an aperitif or as a cocktail. Packaged in 75 cl glass bottles, they embody festive simplicity and sharing, rooted in Alsatian culture.
