Founded in 2013 by Dominique Dillies in the heart of Pévèle, in Hauts-de-France, the Brasserie du Pavé embodies authentic craft beer, made from passion and territory.
Managed today by Jean-François and Alexis Walraeve, the brewery remains deeply attached to its values: local production, noble ingredients, artisanal know-how, and respect for nature and people. Ennevelin has become its setting, and the PVL brand a landmark for lovers of beer with character.
Exceptional beers with flavors of the North
The PVL range of Brasserie du Pavé offers a variety of craft beers - blond, triple, IPA, amber,... - which draw their personality from the Pévèlois region, from local hops and malts, and from a careful aesthetic. These beers are regularly awarded medals at national and international competitions.
Each recipe reflects a desire to surprise while remaining faithful to the brewery's artisanal know-how. The brand thus offers permanent recipes and ranges but is renewed several times a year with ephemeral ranges.

At Brasserie du Pavé, the Edard swing stopper is much more than a closure system: it is a true symbol of the brewing tradition. Over time, it has become an essential element of the brewery's visual identity, and embodies both the authenticity and the artisanal quality of its beers.
Practical and functional, it allows the bottle to be easily resealed for a tasting in several times, while being part of a sustainable approach.
